 This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. It applies only to the buyer and seller in this transaction,
                           and is not transferable to any other person.
                           DEPOSITS: When a cat/kitten is reserved by deposit, the sum shall be at least 50% of the sale price. Deposits are not refundable except at the discretion of the seller. All sales are final.

Our kittens are placed in INDOOR ONLY homes.

There will be no declawing/amputation of digits of our kittens and retired adults .
                           GUARANTEE:

Our cat/kitten will come with up to date immunizations. Feline serology is optional at
the buyers expense. This cat/kitten is guaranteed to be in good health upon delivery or pick up

 If a major health problem is

found at that time, seller will, upon receipt of the cat/kitten, and a written statement from buyers veterinarian,

                                                  replace cat/kitten with one of equal value as soon as one becomes available.
               No money will be refunded.  Seller is not responsible for vet bills incurred by the buyer once the cat/kitten is delivered to the buyer. Contract is void if indoor only policy is violated by accident or deliberate disregard of contract and my wishes for indoor only. There will be no replacement of a cat that is let out or put out slips through

a door and hit by a car  ./No vet bills will be paid for cat fights or diseases

 carried by any  cats coming in contact with said kitten adopted from my home. If the veterinarian discovers

said cat/kitten

is not as herein guaranteed, the buyer must contact the seller within 72 hours  and the

buyer must provide the seller with a full written explanation from a state licensed board certified

 veterinarian as to

the illness that has been determined and the means of determination. Should death occur, Autopsy and report signed

 by a state licensed  board certified veterinarian  and complete legible  laboratory report  must also be

provided to the breeder  at

the buyer’s expense as well as independent autopsy necropsy and DNA verification that this is indeed said kitten from said litter of said parentage.

We suggest that you place the new cat/kitten in quarantine during its first weeks in it’s new home.

It is the responsibility of the buyer, at the buyer’s expense, to provide immediate veterinary care to any cat/
kitten showing signs of illness or distress and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void.
      It is the sellers right to ask for the cat/kitten to be returned before the buyer receives replacement.

 Should the buyer decide to keep the cat/kitten in question,

doing so releases the seller/breeder from any and all responsibility, medical or otherwise.  

This cat/kitten  is guaranteed to be in good health for 72 hours

after delivery or pick up .

Resell or brokering of Jewels of the Nile kittens is forbidden and considered a contract default and subject to the “additional” breeder sum. kittens will not be placed in "litter lots".

There are absolutely no cloning rights on breeder kittens/cats or pet kittens or cats.Doing so will be a breach of contract and subject to the penalty clause

If at any time in the life of said cat/kitten there is a need to re-home ,  Jewels of the Nile will make every effort to place said cat/kitten in an appropriate

 home or  will remain here for it’s life or  until a screened placement home  is found. At no time will the cat/kitten  be resold  or

               put down /destroyed for ANY reason.
                In all breeding , breed-back or kitten-back situations, should FOR ANY REASON, the above cat/kitten should die, run away  or
                       otherwise be unable to perform prior to the completion of this contract, which must be done by _________,

The full sum of $___________value of kitten back will be due within the breed kitten back time frame of_______.

PENALTY CLAUSE:

Photos and updates  are required for the first three years by  the signer of this contract.

 Jewels of the Nile will retain registration papers until completion of contract . Papers for registration will be signed by Allison Navarro.

If the breeder refuses to provide the kitten back with registration papers  in the agreement the full value of kitten back is due in addition to the
buyer agreeing to pay an additional sum of $2,500.00, and value of breed/kitten-back. Seller will remain co-
owner of cat/kitten and retain registration papers until completion of such agreements. Once completed,
seller shall sign over ownership to buyer. Buyer agrees to provide registration papers for said kitten back in this agreement. Failure to

provide registration papers in kitten back contracts also constitutes a breach of contract and breach of contract penalty will apply and be enforced

through court action and  TICA  if necessary if the issue cannot be amicably worked out between the two parties.

Any intent to deceive will  be looked upon as a complete breach of contract and fall upon the penalty clause. This includes impersonation and false identity.

I  would like anyone interested in obtaining a savannah from me to make every effort to  come here to bring their kitten home.

Shipping: All shipping costs as well as providing an adequate crate are the full responsibility of the
buyer.

Buyer agrees to pay any and all attorney/court fees to settle disputes. All disputes regarding this contract are to be litigated in the breeders

home town and county/home  state and based upon breeder's home state laws. It is the responsibility of the new adoptee of Jewels of the Nile cats to be aware of the laws of the state of residence pertaining to owing a savannah cat and not the burden of Jewels of the Nile to have such knowledge for each individual state  or county law or ordinance pertaining to such restrictions.

Special requests such as dna /hair samples /above and beyond the average health check are the responsibility of the new home and signer of this contract.

It is to protect the kitten and assure it's safety and welfare  when in it's new  home.

This contract is expected  to be signed on reservation/deposit of a particular kitten or breeding .

Reservation for kitten

Deposits for future kittens is 500.00 or  20% at the buyers discretion.

Deposits for kittens born is 50%.Balance due by 8 weeks of age.

Deposits for kittens born are non refundable.

      Deposits for f1's are refundable after a time of 2 years if a kitten is not available.
